Where to start when it comes to organic food? A 1000km’s of coastline sprinkled with sparkling fresh rivers accompanied by rolling hills with a filling of rich alluvial soils and all topped off by a sprinkling of soft Irish rain.
What better recipe could you imagine in order to produce the best organic produce in the world? From farm to fork and from sea to plate, the distance for fresh food to travel and the time to get there is minimal.
